Mores is the support and advisory centre for transgressive behaviour in the cultural, creative, and media sectors. This comes with a responsibility to lead by example. Therefore, we expect everyone who works for or on behalf of Mores to actively contribute to preventing transgressive behaviour. Should such behaviour occur, it is important that it is recognized and addressed.

At the same time, we acknowledge that transgressive behaviour can happen to anyone, that everyone can—consciously or unconsciously—be guilty of it, and that it can occur in any environment, including within our own organisation. That is why we have established a Code of Conduct and Social Safety Protocol for all employees and stakeholders of Mores.

Since 2018, Mores has been a foundation with a board and independent external confidential advisers. Since 2024, Mores also has an office consisting of a two-person management team and an office employee. We are an organisation in development. Any vacancies will be published on this page.
