Training and Development

Everyone in the organisation has a role to play in combating transgressive behaviour. Therefore, it is essential that all board members, managers, and employees receive proper training. This can include courses on supervision, communication and mediation training for managers, or bystander training for all employees. These efforts strengthen the skills and knowledge needed to create and maintain a safe work culture.
